About the Position: Serves as staff advisor to the Commanding Officer, Crane Army Ammunition Activity (CAAA). Responsible for advising, assisting, and representing the Commander in all areas of the command leadership. As delegated by the Commander, exercises staff control and leadership over the organization Directors and Office Chiefs.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-03).
