You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) Identify and/or resolve technical problems in ammunition, munitions, or explosives manufacturing by applying established policies, procedures, and engineering methods. 2) Support production-line operations through troubleshooting, process monitoring, and equipment readiness to minimize line stoppages. 3) Make recommendations based on preliminary data interpretation and test results for technical reports or documents. 4) Select proper materials (metals, metal alloys, plastics, nylon, Teflon, etc.) for specific items, tools, tooling, jigs, or fixtures in a(n) ammunition, munitions, or explosives manufacturing environment, to be made, renovated, or broken down. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (NJ-02).
