Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) Assisting in the development of housing management plans; 2) Providing oversight of contractor work; 3) Preparing specifications for complex maintenance and housing projects; 4) Creating long-range work plans to justify housing project support. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).
