I have the ability to Lead or Supervise common Electronics Mechanic duties that include using test equipment to diagnose malfunctions, as well as troubleshooting to determine the cause of malfunctions. I can use and operate multimeter, oscilloscopes, and automated test set to diagnose, test and repair electronics equipment. I am skilled in repairing a variety of electronics equipment, systems and devices. I work under normal supervision of a work leader or journey-level employee who observes tasks in progress and upon completion to make sure they are properly performed. - Failure to meet this Screen Out Element will result in an ineligible rating. Ability To Lead or Supervise Ability To Use Hand and Power Tools - Electronics Ingenuity (Ability To Suggest and Apply New Methods) Knowledge of Equipment Assembly, Installation, Repair, etc. Theory of Electronics Trouble shooting (Electronic Equipment) Use of Test Equipment: Electronics Physical Effort: Lifts and carries target mechanisms and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. Assistance is available when carrying heavier equipment for long distances. Work requires frequent bending, stooping, walking, standing, working in cramped positions, and climbing up and down stairs. Working Conditions: Works inside and outside during all types of weather conditions. Works on remote ranges in rough terrain. Is exposed to the possibility of abrasions, cuts, bruises, burns, electrical shock, falls, and explosions. Hearing protection devices, hard hats, and other safety equipment and devices are issued and available for use.
