Additional information about transcripts is in this document. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1. Managing the lifecycle of housing and other real property, from strategic design through revitalization and quality assurance of improvements; 2. Reviewing and evaluating technical specifications and proposals across all phases of family housing community planning, development, and construction; 3. Facilitating coordination between government and non-government entities for communication and utility infrastructure needs; and 4. Conducting long-range construction analysis to guarantee sustainable facility maintenance and repair operations. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-10).
