Job Summary

This position is located in the Administrative Services Division (ASD) within the Department of Administration and Finance, Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC). The selectee will provide authoritative records, information, and knowledge management advice to MCC leadership and staff. Although the position is advertised equivalent to GS-13, MCC uses a pay-banded system to compensate employees. This position is pay band MC-4A which is generally equal to GS-13.

Job Description

To qualify for pay band 4A applicants must meet the following: Qualifying experience for Pay Band 4A includes one year of specialized experience (comparable to the Pay Band 4B or GS-12 or equivalent non-federal experience), which is directly related to the work of this position, and which has equipped the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. For this position, this experience is defined as: serving as subject matter expert on records and information management program policies, procedures, and guidelines; serving as a subject matter expert/technical authority on federal records management requirements, electronic records, information lifecycle governance, and recordkeeping controls; serving as a liaison with the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) including the Office of the Federal Register on records management issues; supporting knowledge management efforts such as developing the strategy, operating model, governance framework, and implementation of roadmap for capturing, organizing, sharing, applying, and preserving institutional knowledge; using Microsoft 365 technologies, including SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform, Power BI, and related collaboration and content-management capabilities; developing dashboards, metrics, and analytics;; and communicating, orally and in writing, in order to develop policies, procedures, training and guidance on Federal records and knowledge management. Note: This experience MUST be well documented within your resume or application. PART-TIME OR UNPAID EXPERIENCE: Credit may be given for appropriate unpaid and or part-time work. In some instances, based on a selectee's extensive experience directly related to the position, salary may be set at or above the mid-point up to the maximum salary for that pay band.
