THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST, Position Description Number D2515P01 and D2514P01, and is part of the KS 190 Air Refueling Wing, National Guard.

Military Grades: E1 through E6 Compatible Military Assignments: 6F071 * Must be willing and able to cross train into the compatible AFSC GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Must have the experience that allows you to demonstrate the ability to: Analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions; Plan and organize work; and Communicate effectively orally and in writing. Such experience may have been gained in administrative, professional, technical, investigative, or other responsible work. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: GS 07: To be creditable, must have specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level of basic knowledge of program analysis and practices, policies, functions, accounting, budgeting and resource management practices, methods and procedures. GS 09: To be creditable, must have the specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level with working knowledge of laws, DOD Directives, finance regulations and financial management and operating procedures relative to the entitlements and allowances related to the payment of military personnel, civilian personnel, vendors, and travelers This is a Financial Management Level 2 Certified position IAW the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2012, Public Law 112-81, Subtitle F-Financial Management, Section 1599d. Incumbent shall comply with the requirements of this certification program.
