This position is located at the Regional Accounting Office, Warfighter & Family Readiness (WFR), Joint Region Marianas (JRM). The mission of JRM WFR is to provide the highest quality programs and services to the military community through self-sustainment across all quality of life programs.

Must have and maintain a valid state driver's license. Skill in handling the controls for starting, stopping, backing and driving a motor vehicle in all types of traffic and road conditions. Knowledge of height, width, length and weight of the vehicle(s) in order to judge overhead and side clearances, turning radius, braking distance, and the safest distance to be maintained from a preceding vehicle. Ability to adjust driving methods and/or routes to determine the shortest and safest route. Ability to recognize hazardous conditions and change routes to avoid them. Knowledge of defensive driving techniques. Knowledge of safety and traffic rules and regulations. Skill to conduct preventive maintenance of vehicles. Ability to maintain reports and records. Ability to protect property, monies and equipment. Ability to communicate effectively and follow verbal and written instructions. Ability to perform basic administrative tasks such as but not limited to filing, copying, faxing, etc. Light physical effort is required in reaching, bending, turning, or moving hands, arms, feet, and legs to operate hand and foot controls. Moderate physical effort is required in operating the controls of the vehicle. May be required to lift objects up to 40 pounds unassisted and heavier objects with the assistance of others or weight handling equipment. Considerable effort may be required to change tires and make limited emergency repairs.
