Job Description

To qualify for the position of Human Resources Specialist, at GS-0201-12, you must meet the basic qualification requirements listed below. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: You must have one year of specialized experience at the GS-11 grade level or equivalent pay band. Specialized experience is defined as: 1) Provide advisory services in human resources related to payroll services; 2) Use human resources payroll personnel action processing tools or systems (e.g. NFC, EmpowHR, GovTA) to process payroll/compensation actions; And 3) Provide training on payroll and personnel action processing. You MUST meet all qualification requirements, including time-in-grade, by the 08/27/2026 of this announcement.
