This position is part of the Organization of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. The incumbent will be responsible for employing investigative techniques to organize, clean, integrate, analyze, and interpret multiple sources of readiness global force management data.

You may qualify at the GS-13, if you fulfill the following qualifications: A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS 12 grade level in the Federal service: Expert understanding of Department of Defense, Combatant Commands, Joint Staff, and military command structures to execute national-level military strategy. Proven ability to perform strategic and operational-level planning and execution for Global Force Management. Adept at resolving conflicts, exchanging ideas, and coordinating policies within the Department of Defense with the ability to transform data using Tableau, Qlik, and Power BI. Representing management in high-level forums, addressing critical issues related to sensitive defense capabilities in support of global operations. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
