About the Position: Serve as a Project Technician on energy, renewable and water projects. Assist with research, analysis, development of programs and policies for installation public awareness, installation energy and water conservation, energy related maintenance, and applicable major construction projects.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes assisting in the testing and evaluation of items, systems, and equipment associated with Environmental/Energy conservation systems; Analyzing energy data to ensure that conservation methods and conservation policies are effective. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-10). Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent GS-10.
