About the Position: As the Project Management Specialist the incumbent will provide statistical analysis of work performed by the Engineering Division and assist with development of briefing packages. Incumbent will also independently determines technical course of action necessary to develop project scope of work, designs and cost estimates.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes participating in the repair, maintenance and/or construction of real property facilities, applying industry standards, codes and/or guidance to coordinate with stakeholders in the development of scopes, estimates, and schedules for projects; and utilizing automated systems to prepare cost estimates, and evaluate contractor proposals for projects. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11). Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent GS-10.
