Job Summary

Program Analyst supports IHSC Personnel Unit by managing HR information systems, timekeeping, and travel data. Duties include data analytics, program monitoring, stakeholder communication, and process improvement. Works independently under general supervision, plans own work, and assignments are reviewed for feasibility and effectiveness in meeting requirements. This position is only open to current USPHS officers. USPHS Call to Active Duty (CAD) candidates are not eligible for this position.
