Minimum Qualifications (Screen Out Element): Ability to do the work of a(n) Motor Vehicle Operator ~ without more than normal supervision. Will occasionally lift and carry items that weigh in excess of 50 pounds. WORKING CONDITIONS: Incumbent is exposed to inclement weather, and required to drive under adverse conditions. May be required to work pushing snow during emergency conditions. Drives in heavy traffic and at highway speeds over complicated roads and interchange systems. Works mostly outside, and operates vehicles in all kinds of weather in a controlled traffic environment throughout a Government installation or establishment. Will be exposed to dirt and fumes, and to the possibility of cuts and bruises. Incumbent will be required to work rotating shifts, as well as, weekends and holidays.
