You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: One year of specialized experience which includes, 1) Developing reports for leadership review on recommendations based on healthcare risk management data analysis and in accordance with prescribed guidance and laws; 2) Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical care delivery and improve health services delivery systems; AND 3) Participating in a healthcare risk management program to identify and reduce the risk of adverse events in a healthcare facility. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
