Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes analyzing and evaluating clinical and administrative healthcare operations by collecting, extracting, and interpreting data from multiple information systems to assess program effectiveness and develop performance metrics; conducting comprehensive management studies and organizational assessments to identify operational deficiencies and improve processes; and preparing detailed analytical reports and executive briefings to support leadership decision-making, enhance clinic productivity, and ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and policies. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12). Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
