Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which include: analyzing the effectiveness of current operating programs; monitoring man hours and timecards for accuracy; organizing information related to financial data of the organization; AND leading, directing, and assigning work of personnel. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service GS-12.
