Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: executing the budget program for the command by formulation of budget policies and accounting processes; utilizing accounting databases (i.e. General Fund Enterprise Business Systems (GFEBS)) to develop analytical presentations for internal and external meetings; producing a variety of fiscal reports for presentation to higher headquarters; AND leading, directing and assigning work of personnel. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Budget Administration Budget Execution Budget Formulation, Justification and Presentation Financial Systems Managing Human Resources Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
