About the Position: This position is located at Naval Medical Center, Defense Health Agency, Defense Health Network Pacific Rim, Directorate of Administration, Acquisition Support Division (Healthcare Contract Administration) in San Diego, CA. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) analyzing service contracts to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of health care services; 2) monitoring contractor performance of health care/clinical service contracts; and 3) providing recommendations for action on contract management of health care operations. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-111). Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
