Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes analyzing and recommending costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of organization's programs and administrative operations; implementing legal and regulatory controls over approved budgets; and providing advice on effective and efficient methods for the acquisition and use of funds to support the organization's programs and activities. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
