Job Description
To be considered for the position, you must meet the following qualification requirements. Education: There is no substitution of education for specialized experience for this position. Experience: You must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and complexity to the next lower grade level. To be creditable, this experience must have equipped the applicant with the particular qualifications to perform successfully the duties of the position and must typically be in or related to the position to be filled. Some examples of this qualifying experience are: Experience independently designing and implementing comprehensive executive assessment methodologies, including structured interview systems, behavioral competency frameworks, and scoring rubrics used to evaluate senior leadership candidates for positions. Experience conducting executive-level behavioral interviews and serving as subject matter expert on assessment panels evaluating candidates for senior leadership positions with responsibility for correctional facilities, regional operations, or national program management. Experience leading or serving as senior advisor for an organization-wide executive assessment program, exercising independent authority to refine methodologies, conduct validation studies, and implement evidence-based enhancements that strengthened leadership selection quality. Experience providing authoritative analysis and expert recommendations on executive staffing decisions with significant organizational or public safety implications in complex, high-risk environments such as correctional facilities, law enforcement agencies, or military operations. If applicable, credit will be given for paid and unpaid experience.
