THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION - PERMANENT. This National Guard position is for a SUPERVISORY INTELLIGENCE AND SECURITY SPECIALIST, Position Description Number NGD2495000 and is part of the Guam G3 Directorate of Plans, Operations, and Training, National Guard.

Job Description

Military Grades: Officer: O2 - O4 Compatible Military Assignments: Officer: 35 series SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicants must possess one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade (GS-11). Experience includes developing, interpreting, or recommending intelligence and security policies and procedures. Experience in organizing, administering, or evaluating intelligence and security programs. Experience in analyzing operational plans to identify intelligence requirements (personnel, equipment, funding, facilities). Experience in collecting, evaluating, and organizing pertinent facts and preparing clear and concise analytical reports or briefings. Experience in ensuring compliance with DoD, Army, or National Guard intelligence and security regulations. Specialized experience must be directly related to the duties of the position as described in the Position Description. SUPERVISORY SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicants must also have experience leading or supervising personnel engaged in intelligence and/or security work. This includes assigning and reviewing work, evaluating performance, providing guidance and training, and resolving routine personnel or organizational issues.
