Specialized experience includes researching, analyzing, and compiling information to assess administrative or program issues; reviewing correspondence, reports, briefing materials, or other documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures; coordinating responses, action items, meetings, and deadlines among internal and external stakeholders; maintaining automated tracking systems, records, calendars, or workflow tools; and recommending improvements to administrative processes, procedures, records management, or web-based systems such as SharePoint or intranet sites. OR Have successfully completed a master's or equivalent graduate degree. OR Have successfully completed two full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree. OR Have successfully completed an LL.B. or J.D. that is related to the position being filled. OR Have a combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience. Your percentage of the required education plus your percentage of the required experience must equal 100%. Time-in-grade: Current General Schedule (GS) federal employees, and those that have served in GS positions within the last 52 weeks, must have served 52 weeks at the next lower grade, or a combination of the next lower grade level and an equivalent band in the federal service by the closing of this announcement.
