This position performs a variety of duties in support of the Bowling Center.

Job Description

A professional knowledge of Bowling Center operations and regulations is desired. Posses a thorough working knowledge of procedures, techniques and financial responsibilities related to the daily administration of the Bowling Center. Mechanical knowledge to maintain equipment in good operating condition. Ability to do troubleshooting, overhaul and repair Bowling Center equipment, including major and minor electrical/mechanical repairs. Knowledge and ability to maintain food service area according to sanitation standards. Ability to train and supervise employees. Ability to interpret and adapt all applicable policies, regulations and oral or written instructions in developing procedures, steps and methods to accomplish objectives.
