Job Summary
As a Travel and Relocation Services Program Coordinator, you will provide strategic advice, recommendations, solutions, and resolve highly complex issues for the Travel Shared Services business lines. Location of Position: Fort Worth, TX The Office of Travel, Transportation and Logistics (TTL) provides governmentwide solutions for travel, transportation, fleet management and emergency management. We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.

The GS-14 salary range starts at $136,736 per year. If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected. You may review the 2026 GS pay scale here. To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience includes providing strategic advice, recommendations, and solutions to resolve highly complex, enterprise-wide challenges within a Travel and Expense Shared Services or similar program. This experience must include the following: Performs both strategic account management and customer service management functions in support of organizational priorities and stakeholder needs. Gathers and synthesize information from diverse sources including customers, stakeholders, and technical experts to analyze complex issues and develop integrated, customer-focused solutions. Applies project management methodologies and tools to monitor risks, issues, and progress, and to deliver clear, actionable insights that drive informed decision-making and successful program outcomes.
