The successful candidate will provide analytical, investigative, administrative and basic intelligence support, as well as gather pertinent data from internal and external sources for analysis to streamline investigations and manage projects, as part of the HQ Criminal Intelligence and Program Coordination Division (CIPCD). Job Description

Assigned Duty Station Information: Management will determine which location to place the selectee based on available space at the time of selection. Position Minimum Qualification Requirements You must meet all the minimum qualifications listed below. Please Note: Your resume must reflect where, when, and how you gained the below qualifications requirements and experience. Professional Experience Requirement: At least five (5) years of specialized experience in investigative analysis and data analytics relating to investigations. Your resume must reflect where, when, and how you gained this experience. Proficient in methods of data management, analysis and data queries. Experience training others on investigative analyst topic, data, etc. Proficient in case management techniques. Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, facts and circumstances of investigations to individuals and groups. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Must have received a "Met Expectations" rating on your previous two (2) performance appraisals (Fiscal Years 2024 and 2025). If a performance appraisal is not available, you must submit a written statement stating the reason. You must submit a copy of your latest two (2) performance appraisals. Desirable Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university IALEIA Certification Advanced Microsoft Access skills Experience developing and creating PowerBI tools & reports Thorough understanding of case management systems and reports Experience in mail flow and/or financial statements Proficient in USPS databases/datasets Proficient in use of Accurint, LexisNexis, TLO, Penlink, NCIC, FINCEN, i2, PACER Evaluation Factors | How you will be evaluated: You must have the experience, knowledge, and skills as listed in each of the evaluation factors listed below. Include your major accomplishments relevant to the position requirements and factors in your resume. Knowledge of concepts, principles, and methods of data management, analysis and evaluation techniques Knowledge of analytical tools, sources, databases, and methods of obtaining criminal investigative data Ability to develop intelligence and conduct research to include developing, collecting and organizing data Skill in the use of investigative case management and tracking systems Skill in analytic methodologies, critical thinking, research and computer literacy Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing facts and circumstances of investigations to individuals and groups
