About the Position: The position serves as the USAG Bavaria Alternate Real Property Accountable Officer and works under the general supervision of the Primary Real Property Accountable Officer and Chief, Master Planning / Real Property Division within the Department of Public Works.

Specialized Experience:One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service which includes applying real property principles, policies and methods in acquisition, management, and disposal of real estate and real property assets AND Co-coordinating and planning work of the Real Property Branch team with Real Property Accountable Officers. Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
