About the Position: Serve as a Social Services Assistant in a clinical setting on a highly specialized multidisciplinary treatment team dealing with mental health issues and Substance use Disorder Conditions.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: managing caseloads of patients with mental health, substance use and/or co-occurring disorders; implementing, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating services to meet the treatment needs of a soldier - including coordinating referrals to/from higher levels of care; collaborating with treatment team members assuring treatment plans are carried out; and participating as a member of a multidisciplinary team that coordinates care for Soldiers. Operating computer systems entering data, monitoring reports, and maintaining connectivity.
