Job Summary
This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serves as a Budget Analyst at the Joint Interagency Counter Trafficking Center (JICTC), under the US European Command (EUCOM). Responsible for planning and program management of the Department of War (DoW) Counter-Drug (CD) and Counter-Transnational Organized Crime (CTOC) program.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) developing cost-effective policies and managing resource expenditures; 2) supporting program resource needs by analyzing documents such as Program Objective Memoranda (POM) and Program Budget Reviews (PBR); 3) engaging in national-level conferences and working groups to develop plans and responsibilities for the program; and 4) providing guidance on technical budget-related issues.
