Job Description

NOTE: You must meet qualification requirements by the closing date of this announcement. To qualify for the GS-14 level, you must have 1 year of full-time* specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 level defined as executing accounting, budgeting, and financial management; kept budget variances within thresholds; Applied OMB Circulars, and agency financial policies to operations, reporting, and achieving results after a normal orientation using existing financial systems and SOPs. To qualify for the GS-15 level, you must have 1 year of full-time* specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 level defined as serving as senior leadership's strategic financial advisor in planning/decision forums and leading/supervising a comprehensive financial management program; Drove measurable performance: improved forecast accuracy, met all reporting deadlines; Set goals, allocated resources, and coached staff; aligned financial guidance and program leadership with organizational strategy.
