This position is part of the Defense Security Cooperation Agency. The incumbent is responsible for providing academic advisement for the Security Cooperation Workforce (SCW) and administers and manages competency-based education, training, and development platform for military and civilians in the SCW

You may qualify at the GS-13 grade level, if you fulfill the following qualifications: A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS 12 grade level in the Federal service: Forecasting, managing and administering resources and manpower; using oral and written communication to provide information to stakeholders Mentoring, coaching and assisting team members in identifying problems and finding variable solutions Researching, analyzing and evaluating data Building a diverse network of internal and external stakeholders Experience with Cornerstone on Demand, Blackboard, and other Student Information Systems and Learning Management Systems preferred Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
