Job Summary
This position is part of the Defense Security Cooperation Agency. The incumbent will be responsible for developing Microsoft O365, SharePoint, and Power Platform solutions, including API integration and lifecycle management. Skilled in translating business needs into secure technical solutions and leading cross-functional teams through modernization initiatives.
Job Description
You may qualify at the GS-13, if you fulfill the following qualifications: A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service: Leading the planning, design, development, implementation, testing, sustainment, and management of enterprise information technology applications and solutions. Demonstrated expertise administering and developing solutions within Microsoft Office 365 (O365), including SharePoint Online, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents), and SharePoint Framework (SPFx). Experience developing, integrating, and maintaining Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) to support business processes, system interoperability, and data exchange across multiple platforms. Skilled in gathering customer requirements, translating business needs into technical solutions, managing application lifecycles, troubleshooting complex system issues, implementing security and governance controls, and providing technical leadership for modernization and digital transformation initiatives in a large organizational environment. Experience leading cross-functional teams, coordinating testing and deployment activities, and ensuring solutions comply with organizational IT policies, cybersecurity requirements, and industry best practices. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
