Job Summary

This position is part of the Defense Security Cooperation Agency. The incumbent will be responsible for providing the full range of classification/ position management assistance to DSCA Headquarters (HQs) and satellite managers and executives advising on complex classification and position management concerns and issues requiring extensive analysis and troubleshooting. .

You may qualify at the GS-13, if you fulfill the following qualifications: A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS 12 grade level in the Federal service: Performing complex classification reviews and advisory services. Developing evaluation statements in order to defend final classification determinations. Conducting desk audits and developing agency policy and guidance on classification procedures. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
