Job Summary

This position is part of the Defense Security Cooperation Agency. The incumbent will be responsible for Managing partner country portfolios and international organizations to facilitate defense article and service exports; developing and executing Security Cooperation policies and procedures; applying End Use Monitoring (EUM) principles to FMS programs; conducting in-country inspections and analyzing foreign partners' activities regarding U.S. defense procurements.

Job Description

You may qualify at the GS-14, if you fulfill the following qualifications: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service: Overseeing portfolios of assigned partner countries and international organizations to ensure that defense articles and services are exported; Developing, implementing, managing, and executing Security Cooperation policies, processes, and procedures; Understanding of application of End Use Monitoring (EUM) monitoring principles to Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs; Conducting in-country inspections and performing comprehensive analysis of a given foreign partner's activities on defense articles and services procured from the United States. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
