The incumbent will be responsible for managing and analyzing highly complex, multi-year reimbursable program funding.

Job Description

You may qualify at the NH-03 if you fulfill the following qualifications: A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-02 or GS-11 equivalent, or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector. Examples of creditable specialized experience include: Executing complex reimbursable programs and agreements, reimbursable financial management principles, appropriations, support agreements, and cost recovery methodologies. Analyzing financial data, identifying trends and discrepancies, evaluating risks, and developing recommendations to support sound financial management and organizational decision-making. Resolving complex funding and reimbursement issues, ensuring compliance with Federal fiscal law and financial management regulations. Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Communicating complex financial information written and orally. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
