Job Summary

This position is part of the Defense Human Resources Activity. The incumbent will be responsible for overall development, acquisition, operation and priorities established during program operational reviews and subsequently executes programming and budget decisions made during the PPBES cycle and other senior DCPAS leadership decisions.

You may qualify at the GS-GS-15, if you fulfill the following qualifications: A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service: Experience using Enterprise Human Resources products/services for DoD including cloud modernization, cybersecurity, and data. Establishing joint strategy for the major IT investment. Strategic leadership on emerging customer/stakeholder requirements in consultation with the governance forums. Program oversight activities including Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution, requirements analysis, risk management, acquisition strategy, and cost benefit analysis. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
