Job Summary
This position is located in the Department of Defense Test Resource Management Center (TRMC). The incumbent serves as an advisor to the Deputy Director, TRMC on all financial matters. The incumbent serves as a senior financial analyst for the internal financial resources for the TRMC as well as those for the Central Test and Evaluation Investment Program, the Test and Evaluation / Science and Technology Program, and the Joint Mission Environment Test Capability Program.

In order to qualify for this position, you must meet the requirements described below. https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/0500/financial-administration-and-program-series-0501/ You may qualify at the NH-4 (GS-14/15) level, if you fulfill the following qualification requirement: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-3 (GS-13) grade level in the Federal service (experience may have been gained in the private sector) that demonstrates your ability in: Applying expertise in Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution. Applying program evaluation methods to assess accomplishments and determine resource and programmatic needs. Applying acquisition and life cycle management policies, procedures, and practices. Applying contracting regulations, principles, and processes, including the Federal Acquisition Regulation. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
