Job Description
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector, such as: Utilize expertise to conduct the full cycle of non-criminal IG investigations and inspections by applying established methodologies to collect, review, and analyze evidence, culminating in the preparation of comprehensive Reports of Investigation (ROIs) and data-driven trend analysis reports for leadership review. Leverages proven ability to perform as a Team Leader on Navy and Joint Service IG Inspections, expertly leading and organizing blended military and civilian teams while managing the entire inspection process from coordinating self-assessments to identifying deficiencies, making corrective recommendations, and overseeing follow-up actions for effectiveness. Adept at senior leader communication by interfacing directly with Flag-level military and civilian personnel, preparing and issuing final written inspection reports, and confidently briefing complex findings, outcomes, and trend analyses to leadership.
