EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: (OPM Operating Manual, Qualification Standards) Minimum Qualifications for the GS-12 Grade Level: 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector performing the following type of work and/or tasks: responsible for coordinating the collection, tracking, and processing of relevant data, such as statistical data or FOIA requests, in support of agency goals; interpreting legislation or advising management on guidelines, directives or circulars applicable to data collection, FOIA processing, The Privacy Act, information systems, or performance management; developing strategic goals and measures for the management or evaluation of agency programs; and representing management in public forums related to information collection or performance management. All qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement.
