You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Hopper Global Communications Center, Contracts & Business Management Division (N8), Office of Naval Intelligence.

Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service, or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing and tracking procurement milestones from requirement definition through contract closeout, aligning acquisitions with fiscal year budget allocations; Performing technical surveillance of service or supply contracts for technical compliance and reviewing and accepting deliverables; Developing and preparing complete simplified acquisition packages while assessing and monitoring compliance with acquisition regulations and best practices; Validating vendor invoices, auditing/reconciling billing statements; Effectively coordinating with Contracting Officers and external vendors, assisting in resolving technical or contractual discrepancies with Contracting Officers and vendors.
