Job Description

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Ensuring proper customer service and compliance with appropriate mandates of the Housing Program; 2) Interpreting housing directives, regulations, policies and procedures and explains them to military personnel; 3) Processing requests for permanent and temporary quarters; and 4) Maintaining appropriate Housing Referral Services (HRS) correspondence, records, timekeeping data, personnel files, directives and procedures, and necessary documentation of actions and processes.
