Job Description
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Producing and developing civil engineering design packages, including budgeting, design drawings, plans, specifications and design-build requests for proposal; 2) Reviewing civil engineering design submissions to provide subject matter expert acceptance recommendations to officials; 3) Providing a wide range of shore based engineering projects in relation to site developments, roads, airfields, water supply, sewer systems, drainage, dredging, waste facilities, shore protection, and other large/industrial civil engineering projects; and 4) Providing civil engineering design consultation services utilizing software/systems (i.e. Whole Building Design Guide-WBGD, AutoCAD, Autodesk, Microsoft, and other engineering design software).
