Job Description
GS-13 Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience performing as a recognized Subject Matter Expert (SME) and technical authority in military and civilian manpower, personnel, training, and equipping (MPTE). Experience advising in the central development, planning, and execution of strategic operations. Experience integrating multiple manning solutions to achieve broader command mission goals. Experience analyzing complex manpower data to provide actionable policy recommendations and authoritative advice to senior leadership. Experience managing command administration functions and successfully interacting with external organizations and agencies to resolve complex manning and administrative issues.
