Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as: Familiarity with or experience applying knowledge of Department of Defense cyberspace, space, and signals intelligence operations. Experience analyzing organizational missions, functions, and structures to identify strategic gaps and recommend improvements. Ability to collect, evaluate, and integrate data from multiple sources to support decision-making and monitor program performance. Experience as a staff action officer; and reviewing organizational practices, writing staff action reports and conducting surveys to ensure compliance with established policies, regulations, and agreements. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work alongside subject matter experts, gather information from various stakeholders, and brief recommendations to leadership. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
