Job Description
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience administering, maintaining, and supporting unclassified Windows systems, including the management of Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), DNS, and DHCP in an enterprise environment. Experience developing and deploying software installation and patch packages using automated tools like Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) and Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) to maintain and secure a large-scale Windows environment. Experience ensuring the privacy, integrity, and accessibility of systems by rigorously applying information security policies and principles such as DoD STIGs, IAVAs, and CTOs to all managed systems. Experience performing installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of web applications on platforms like Internet Information Services (IIS) and Citrix, coupled with experience in virtual server environments using technologies such as VMware ESX or Windows Hyper-V. Experience monitoring system resources and analyzing logs with tools like Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM), System Center Operations Management (SCOM), and Splunk to diagnose and resolve issues, thereby optimizing system efficiency and reliability.
