Job Description

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Knowledge and application of Naval Air Training and Operating Procedures Standardization (NATOPS) policy and processes; 2) Knowledge of Department of Defense aviation policies and processes; 3) Leadership skills including strong decision making, critical-thinking, and communication skills 4) Flight Test Experience (Developmental or Operational; 5) Current tactical jet NATOPS qualifications or Air Force equivalent.
