Job Description

GS-12: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience with complex, multi-process marine industrial projects within a matrixed organization; serving as a trusted expert in production planning and scheduling; resolving critical construction bottlenecks through strategic resource reallocation; and delivering formal presentations to executive leadership GS-11: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience with manufacturing or maintenance of specialized multiple-process production methods, marine industrial activities, complex organizational matrices, long term construction projects, and executive presentation; Utilizing prioritization and problem-solving skills to identify construction risks and create action plans for issue resolution. Basic understanding of earned value management, production planning/scheduling, resource planning, and safe working practices in an industrial environment.
