Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate one year of specialized experience equivalent to next lower grade level/pay band NH-03 (GS-13) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector managing contracting functions (e.g. procurement, negotiation, administration, termination, or price/cost analysis) to develop and implement recommendations and solutions to contract problems, risks, and outcomes for the support of a Naval contracting program. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
