Job Description
NT-04: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-03 (GS-09/10) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: strong attention to detail and applied proficiency in Quality Assurance processes and SUBSAFE program requirements, consistently ensuring adherence to established repair standards, documentation, and procedural specifications. Leveraging effective oral and written communication skills, this individual works collaboratively within technical teams and coordinates seamlessly with internal management, Fleet personnel, and senior quality personnel to support NAVSEA audit readiness. NT-05: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: meticulous attention to detail and extensive expertise in Quality Assurance processes and the SUBSAFE program, consistently ensuring strict adherence to complex repair standards, documentation, and procedural specifications. Leveraging strong oral and written communication skills, this individual effectively leads and mentors diverse technical teams while coordinating seamlessly with internal management, Fleet personnel, and external NAVSEA audit authorities.
