Job Summary
In this position you will lead and manage IT and data system projects that support the National Organic Program and AMS trade activities. You will serve as the primary business analyst for NOP and AMS import/export systems-including ACE-and collaborate across agencies, industry groups, and technology partners to develop effective, mission aligned IT tools.

FOR THE GS-13 LEVEL: Applicants must have one year of specialized experience (equivalent to the GS-12 level) that may have been obtained in the private or public (local, county, state, Federal) sectors which demonstrates: Managing a portfolio or collection of information technology software solutions on behalf of a business or government unit, serving as the user or business representative to drive system completion. Developing budgets, contracts, justification summaries, release and sprint plans and summaries, and roll-out plans to support system acquisitions. Collecting, aligning, prioritizing and sequencing user-side business requirements and communicating user stories and needs to IT staff and software development teams. (agile development) TRANSCRIPTS are required if: You are qualifying for the position based on education. You are qualifying for this position based on a combination of experience and education. This education must have been successfully completed and obtained from an accredited school, college, or university. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
